Correct, I notice the same behavior on Sim or Trade mode.

April 18 - bar index 929 refers to 09:32 bar and not 09:30.
April 17 - bar index 929 refers to 09:30 bar, which is correct.
April 16 - bar index 929 refers to 09:29 bar, which is again not 09:30.

BarIndexSinceOpen is not consistent since Live account was activated.
