Restarting is not relevant. That is only coincidental. There is not going to be anything fixed at all by a restart in regards to replay. There is some other explanation for why you see what you do. There is a reason for the behavior you see. If there is an inconsistency with what is documented when using the latest versions, then maybe there are out of order timestamps in the chart. If so, that would be logged in the Sierra Chart Message Log.
