What do you like/not like about running SC and/or IBKR's TWS in the Cloud? Any gotchas you ran into? Are you able to use multiple monitors using Microsoft's RDC without tearing your hair out due to lousy performance? (I use eight 2560x1440 monitors at home). Did you have any concerns about putting sensitive information into the Cloud? I am concerned that I am putting my trades at risk with my home setup. A power and/or internet outage would screw up client side orders as I prefer that SC handle such things. It just doesn't seem worth the risk to my wallet not to use a rock solid 24/7 data center. Upgrading my home network with failover Internet and UPSs everywhere seems silly. Thanks for your thoughts, advice, suggestions. Ed |
