Hello, what would I need to add to my account so that I can trade NQ ?
You do not need to do anything more than what you already have. You are setup to get real-time data from the CME exchange, which is where the NQ is traded. So you just need to select File >> Find Symbol and find the symbol for NQ for your trading service in the list and then open a chart for it. If you have a problem trading it, then look in your Trade >> Trade Service Log and see what it states. You can post the information here for us to help you interpret the information, if you need it.
