Dear support , i experience an issue similar to user 800605 to download historical data. I tried to apply the recommended procedure described above but it did not work. i'm using Rithmic service DTC with server beeing APEX chicago area non aggregated and suscribed to Denali market Data feed in combination with Rithmic (Denali package CME E-mini, for users without a trading account at 69$) in the menu common setting, the box "allow support for sierra chart data feed is set to "YES" In the menu main settings, the market data as well as the historical data username and paswords were left blank (to use denali market data) In the menu global settings / symbol settings, the box "use custom symbol settings value" is un-validated. i'm currently trading the symbol ESM3-CME- Real time market data is working fine, only historical data does not download. here is the message log i received HTTPS connection ID:1 to www.rithmic.com:443 for request ID:1 (4) | Creating socket.
