First, make sure your installations are on the most recent release, as there has been a change that requires the most recent release in order to connect to Rithmic.

Second, are these installations on the same computer, or on separate computers?

It sounds like they are on separate computers, and you are only setup to get data to one computer at at time. Refer to the following:
