Account Management -> Activate Services -> Denali Exchange Data Feed EUREX Exchanges (Optional) -> Activate/Deactivate Denali Exchange Data Feed Exchanges [EUREX] Clicking on Activate doesn't mention CQG only. It would have been nice to see maybe a pop-up/warning right as I'm signing up, mentioning that I cannot use it with Teton. I had no idea this was a limitation. Not a big deal.
