Yes this value can be seen in the Tool Values Window when using the Chart Values tool: Chart Drawing Tools: Chart Values (Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> General) The price average is the HL Average value. And you will also see all other study values. So you can add whatever other studies you need to calculate what you want.
