We cannot reproduce this. We confirmed that the sub instances do download data directly from the Sierra Chart servers and not the main instance. Delete the extra files in the main instance. Go to a sub instance started with File >> New Instance and follow these instructions for an Intraday chart: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
