The Micro and Mini ES are definitely NOT low volume. They have fairly constant trading. So you should not be seeing that kind of delay. But, now that we think of it, we are wondering if you are really seeing a delay, or is it just that the beginning time of the bar was longer ago than expected (but it is taking time to build the bar). You would have to create a new chart that is time-based to see if you are getting the data.
