The attached orders are going to show the Profit/Loss as the type set in Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading >> Profit/Loss Format. So if you want them to display as Ticks, you would have to set this to Ticks, just keep in mind that this will change the Profit/Loss for both the Attached orders and the Parent.
