And you did fully re-download the data with?:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

The latest version is 2487 and you are not running that. We did say to update.

So you did not update. Most likely that is the reason for the problem.
