Hi Support,

Thank you for your prompt and positive reply.
I have decided NOT to change my broker as the new broker does not offer Sierra Charts, on which I have $3500 in software (indicators from PTG) which I find critically useful in locating my set-ups for trade entries/exits.

But I did request my present Custodian, Midland, to take the money out of my trading account at AMP and hold it pending my requesting them (Midland) to transfer my account balance to a new custodian. Which they did, leaving a zero balance in my Roth trading account (113150)

I have just been informed by Amp that they did NOT close my Roth trading account when they transferred the complete balance back to Midland. On Monday (3/27/23), I will request Midland to transfer the money back to my Amp Roth account, 113150.
So, will there be any disruption to my accessing my Sierra Charts from now until the June 22 end end date of my current subscription? I believe I received a message in the message log a few days ago that my subscription was good only until April 15. Will this termination date be extended to its June 22 renewal date once the money is back in my Amp account?

Another matter: The message log tells me that I am enabled for Sierra Charts historical data Service as well as Denali Real time exchange data feed and delayed data feed. BUT that the current selected data trading service is CQG WebAPI. You also mentioned in your 3/18/23 response to my refund request (see your me3ssage above.) that I am currently using CQG order routing. This confuses me.
Am I receiving Denali data; (with Teton top of the order flow), but with CQG doing the order routing to the exchange? If so what do I need to subscribe to to get the Teton order routing?
