From Google Translate:

Good day
I'm fairly new to Sierrachart, although I've found my way around quite well.
Nevertheless, I have a problem regarding the orders and the executions, which I have not yet been able to solve myself.

Problem:
I had added an alarm message to the execution sounds that is spoken (e.g. Order Filled)
I have several underlyings in the quote board that I trade.
When I now place my orders, they are only executed if I have opened the underlying in my charts.
If I place orders/stops and targets in different underlyings, they will only be executed if I have selected the underlying and the charts are open. This is the case for stop orders and target orders. If I then switch to an underlying, for example, where the stop order should have already been executed, then the tone and the order are only executed (filled) when I select the underlying, at that point in time.
The message that I set is only then played.

But today I noticed that this is only the case with my stop and target orders.
When I place an LMT order to enter, it gets filled even if the underlying was not selected. But the sound / message is only played when I select and open the underlying, but it was filled at the planned price.

That's why I think that the problem (with the orders, with the message I have no solution why it isn't executed when I'm in another underlying), could be with the order types.
I think that the LMT orders are directly on the exchange, but the bracket orders are not and are only simulated.
Where and how can I change that (I think somewhere in the order settings, but don't know where) so that the bracket orders / OCO orders are also on the stock exchange?
I would also like that when I switch off the computer, all orders are then on the exchange / on their server and are executed even when I'm not online. Is this possible? I think so, but how?

I hope this will work later when I want to connect my Interactive Brokers account.

Many thanks for a suggested solution

In the case of when using Trade Simulation Mode, the following applies which describes the problem you have:
Trade Simulation: Why Fill and Order Prices Can Be Wrong or Unexpected /
Orders Do Not Fill When Expected

If you use the Trading Evaluator service you will not have the problems you describe:
Simulated Futures Trading Service

And you will also not have the problems you describe when trading live with Interactive Brokers from Sierra Chart.
