The images that are used for the Control Bars are a certain size, so if you want them to be bigger, you would have to increase their size. You can do this in MS Paint with the "Resize" option easy enough. We can not tell you the size you would need though, as it depends on the size of your screen and how large you have your Control Bar Buttons set. You would have to just try a few options to see what would work best.
