Offhand, it looks like the particular Chart you have open is set to have its own Graphics Settings rather than the Global Graphics Settings. This means that it has the setting for Chart >> Graphics Settings - Chart >> Use Global Graphics Settings Instead of These Settings not checked. Refer to the following: Graphics Settings: Using Different Color and Graphics Settings for Specific Charts If you want the chart to use the Global Graphics (assuming those are setup the way you want) then make the chart the active window, and select Chart >> Graphics Settings - Chart and then enable the option for Use Global Graphics Settings Instead of These Settings. If it is not the above, then you will just need to adjust your Font and Color settings as you want them to be.
