ok, here is my graph #2 when I don't use the filter exclude <=4
https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1679127285822.png I made a link with a study price overlay to have the same information on my graph #1 https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=167912705139.png in this case it works very well. now here is what my graph#2 gives when I activate the filter exclude <=4 https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1679127397263.png and here is what it looks like on my graph#1 https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=167912749857.png This filter is used to see only orders greater than 5 contracts placed in one go, they appear at the top of the bars. When I put my 2 graphs in tick reversal, in 1 minute it works very well. When I put in candles 100 vol, it does not work anymore, whereas it worked very well some time ago We are very confused as to what exactly you are doing - as you can not use the Study/Price Overlay to overlay the Numbers Bars study. So we are not sure what the relation is between Chart #2 and Chart #1. But, the one thing we can say is that when you filter out trades that are less than or equal to 4 (<=4) then we are not surprised that you are seeing zeros for all the entries. Keep in mind that the Numbers Bars shows the total volume traded at a particular price point. Therefore when you see a value of 5, it does not mean there was a single trade with a quantity of 5, it means that all the trades at the price and time added up to a total of 5. Most likely is that there were 5 trades of 1 each. If you are wanting to see specific large trades, then we recommend using the Large Volume Trade Indicator instead of filtering the Numbers Bars. Refer to the following: Large Volume Trade Indicator For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
