Sierra Chart is specifically setup to get you our data first, if you are setup to get it. Therefore, you will want to be connected to Interactive Brokers to do your trading and you will get the Denali data.

But, you do not have the Denali data setup for real-time data. We see that you have completed the Exchange Agreements for the NASDAQ TotalView exchange, therefore if this is the data you are wanting, then you will need to activate (and pay for) the exchange at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeedNASDAQ#Exchanges

Be sure you refer to the information at the following link regarding the NASDAQ TotalView data (in particular how you need to enter the symbols):
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Nasdaq TotalView Data Feed Notes

Also note that since you have to enter the symbol a certain way, you will have to use the Trade and Current Quote Symbol to enter the symbol as Interactive Brokers wants to see it. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Trade and Current Quote Symbol (text box) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu)
