I would like to verify quickly, before going through all the work. I have recently started using SC, Denali data and interactive broker to trade nasdaq stocks. So far in order to trade off the chart I have to enter into global symbol settings, find the stock and manually type in the "trade symbol" for each individual symbol before SC sends the correct data to TWS. Is this the most efficient way to set up SC to trade various nasdaq stocks through IB? For someone who doesn't know the symbol they will be trading until they are trading it, seems like a hassle. Thank you for clarifying!
