Your symbols are not setup properly for CQG. Open your Chartbooks and then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This should resolve the issue.

Keep in mind that if you change the Current Selected Service in the Data/Trade Service Settings, then you will need to update the symbols. When you select OK to get off the Data/Trade Service Settings window, you will get prompted to update the symbols - you should typically answer Yes.
