You need to go into the Trading Evaluator options and make sure that things are setup properly in general, and specifically for that symbol.

Do the following:
- Make sure your Data/Trade Service Settings are set to have the Trading Evaluator (whichever one you are using) as the Current Selected Service
- Select Trade >> Trade Account Monitor/Balances Window
- Select the account on the window that comes up that you want to modify
- Select the pulldown on that window for Manage then select Edit Trade Account
- Select the Symbol/Product Limits page at the top
- In this section at the top is a list of symbols. It should say ALL_SYMBOLS and the items underneath it should all be zeros. It sounds like this changed. If it is not showing this, then continue
- In the field for New Symbols To Add select the field and then scroll to the bottom where the option for ALL_SYMBOLS is located. Select this and then select the Add button right below it.
- Select the "Commit" button at the bottom and acknowledge the message that the Commit was Successful.
