We think the problem has to do with you having the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed active on your account. We cannot do anything about this right now but this data feed is being discontinued at the end of this month and will be replaced with a new data feed called NASDAQ global indices and our own US equities consolidated tape data feed. So next month the problem will not be present.
