Intraday Session from: 14:30:00 to 22:00:00
Evening Session: from 23:00:00 to 14:29:59 You got it buddy, that is almost perfect, except 2 weeks before Daylight Saving starts in Mar. and 1 week after Daylight Saving ends in Oct. on Canary Isl. that sessions will start one hour early. I am sure you will get used to it in no time. Good luck with your trading man! P.S. little bit off topic: please check important events for next week on Sunday afternoon for example, market will go crazy on Mar 14 and Mar 15, at 8:30:00 New Your time or 12:30:00 (noon), your local time.
