I am trading from the UK and knowing exactly what time it is in Chicago by looking at the chart is far easier than making a mental note of it in local time. I am trading a Chicago market so I want to know what time it is there, lunch, 1500 close out etc. I used to have mine set up like Tony mentions but when the clocks change the session time are all wrong. So avoid this confusion and save me having to change session times 4 times per year I changed to Chicago time and I never have to change anything Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-03-12 22:25:34
