We need to see your Trade Service Log when you place the order and it is staying in a Pending state. The Trade Service Log you sent makes sense, given that you did not have an open order, therefore selecting Flatten does not apply - but your child orders were then cancelled. But this does not give us the information on why the orders are staying in a "Pending" state. Also, check with Interactive Brokers after you place an order and it is Pending, as it is possible that the order went through, but then we are not getting any updates from IB on the status.
