Hi I have recently subscribed to Package 10 of Sierra Charts Dinali Data feed. However despite my free trial expiring & despite making a $36 payment until the end of March I have an issue, as soon as I add the Numbers Bar study my charts go blank to a black screen (no candles showing) but when I delete the Numbers Bar study the chart restores back to normal (using Forex major pairs). The Message Log doesn't help much either as it just shows "to restore charts remove Numbers Bar study". As my last attempt I have decided to contact support via this ticket but I am more or less in the mind of cancelling subscription & finding an alternative provider who's charts work as well as having a better & a more live support option as well as having an easier to use website. Just to be precise the Numbers Bar Study worked while I was on my free tiral but as soon as renewing to paid Package 10 Subscription & the Numbers Bar study is not working. I have signed the Dinali Data Feed agreements etc... & I am using the major Forex pair symbols. My Acc Username is Powergem & I am sending a copy of the Message Log which hopefully shows the issue which you guys might be able to understand. I have also tried many things stated in the support section of the website like set the tick size to 1 & using intraday charts & few more but contacting you after over 1 week of failures.
