You should be able to do this, but we are still not certain what volume you want to compare. Do you want the average volume per day over the past 21 days? The average volume for a specific period of time over the past 21 days (such as the 30 minutes between 10:00 and 10:30)? Or something else. We need specific information on what you are wanting to see so we can point you in the proper direction.
