Sorry but I never found a proper solution apart from these 2 - 1. Listening to music at the same time, this makes sure the audio part of Windows is working so when the Sierra alert kicks in you'll hear 100% of it. But I don't like to listen to anything when trading, and - 2. Make the Audio file longer. I use a site like this - https://www.texttospeechfree.com/ - to create speech files, perhaps "Alert on s and p" but then I get the website to create it 2-3 times so "alert on s and p, alert on s and p, alert on s and p". That means if I don't hear the first one or two, I'll get the third through my headphones. Hope this helps but I fear this might a Windows Black Hole, ie there might be a solution but you'll have to hunt and hunt and hunt for it, and that might not be worth it. |
