First - Thank you for your kind words, but I am anything but one of the coding geniuses. There are other people that do that - I spend most of my time answering the support questions. The answer to your question is absolutely this is possible to code, as the TPO VPOC and Value Area information are available in specific studies. That is to say that you do not even need the TPO study to get this, which can simplify the process. It also means that you could probably create this using the Spreadsheet System for Trading or the Trading System Based on Alert Condition studies. But you would have to figure out how to put those together as well.
