Thank you for the reply. I reactivated my real time data and signed the agreement you posted. After that it worked for a few minutes and stopped. I went to go check the data agreements and saw i was marked as a professional trader now... Im talking with someone on a support ticket aswell about this. For "Uniform Subscriber Agreement" if i leave this blank on the clearing firm and trading account #, will this mark me as a professional trader? Not sure what happened |
