You do not have Market Depth data with the U.S. Equities exchange that you are using. Therefore, the Market Depth Historical Graph will not work. You will have to use a Futures contract in order to see the Market Depth Historical Graph. The chartbook attached above (HeatmapExample.cht) is specifically setup with the ES contract and should work just fine for you if you just open the chart. The thing will be that you will not have any historical Market Depth data.
