If neither the Ask or Bid side is exclusively diagonally dominant (as determined above), and the Ask and Bid sides are not both diagonally dominant (as determined above), but rather both the Bid Side and the Ask Side are non-dominant at a given price point (The Ask volume at the given price is less than the Bid volume at the previous price point, and the Bid Volume at the given price is less than or equal to the Ask Volume at the next price point) and the Numbers Bars Background Type is not set to Background on Dominant Side or Background on Dominant Side Outline, then the background is drawn using the Default Background Color.
