Hi Sierra Chart Support: I need help with configuration of Sierra Chart and context understanding to fit into the high level solution space annotated in the attached diagram. Based on my research, this solution framework fits within the solution space options Sierra Chart offers. In my review of: Support Board Posting Information I noted in line 17 under General Information that there is a possible option to get help on a per hour basis of $150/hour. An initial 1-hour Q&A phone call would be ideal. Is this an option and how do I get this set up? Thanks in advance for your response.
