I tried the Chart Update Interval to 500 and 1000 and other numbers too but it did not make any difference.I have Global settings set to 1000 and just couple charts to 100 as i thought it might help with lag but it did not. When it comes to clock I live in Calgary AB, my computer is set to UTC -7;00 Mountain time zone and it is automatic and Sierra Global time setting is set to Denver time zone But I just noticed there is a difference in time( approx 2 sec) between Sierra chart main title ( which is at the very top left of sierra platform) and all charts. All charts are set to global time zone settings though and it seems all charts are a bit behind the main sierra chart title by approx 2 sec. When I used reply chart with disconnected data the behaviour of price was much faster compare to what it is going on right now when I am connected to data. It feels like it is updating every second or 2 seconds compare to when i was disconnected from data in reply mode. In reply mode it felt like price was updating every millisecond. The frequency of price movement was faster. I hope it make sense. Also the lag is very noticeable when the trade is executed as it delays a second or so, it is not instant. |
