The way you have this setup is that you are coloring the numbers in the first column based on Diagonal Dominant Ask Vol Bid Vol - Actual. As such, it is not the difference values that are being used, but the raw Bid and Ask values. In this particular case, whenever the Bid side is dominant and the actual Bid value is greater than 100, then the value will be colored red.
