Since you are using crypto currencies, refer to: Cryptocurrency / Bitcoin Data and Trading Services: Important: Volume at Price Studies with Cryptocurrency Symbols Make sure this option is set to Yes for the charts before duplicating the Chart or Chartbook: Chart Settings: Do Not Change Symbol Settings for Chart on Symbol Change (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu) You probably have changed from the default Tick Size but when you duplicate the chart, the Tick Size changes back to a smaller value causing the problem.
