I'm having the same issue. Unfortunately that link doesn't include any information on the chatbook copy window. I have a working chartbook (5 windows) when I select the Chart > copy chartbook, I ask for a new chartbook, and to open that chartbook through the new interface window. Once I confirm my window options, a new chartbook opens and looks to be loading the charts, unfortunately that's as far as it gets. All the charts freeze. Any interaction with the window gets a (Not responding) prompt. If I leave it alone (I've left this over 2 hrs waiting for loading) nothing loads. I have the most recent version installed and 32MB of ram on a relatively new device to make use of as well. What could be causing this, and what's the best way to resolve this issue? Thank you |
