Is your account with Rithmic a live, funded, futures trading account, or is it with a Prop Firm? A Prop Firm account does not count towards the CME Group requirement of a live, funded, futures trading account, since you are not trading your own funds. If this is your case, then refer to the solution outlined at the following link: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement Also, you have not activated any exchanges yet - but do not do so until you work out the above issue with regards to a trading account. We also see that you entered TransAct Futures for your trading account on the Uniform Subscriber Agreement. TransAct does not support Sierra Chart, so you can not use a TransAct account for this purpose, as you need to be able to connect your Sierra Chart to the trading account at least once a month for verification.
