In order to get the real-time data you will need to pay for it. We recommend using our Delayed Streaming Data at least through the Trial period, as this data acts, in all ways, the same as the real-time data, but is delayed by 10-15 minutes and is free of charge. If you really want to get the real-time data, then we ca adjust your account to allow you to do this. Just make sure you are aware of the CME Group requirement to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees.
