Select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.

Most likely you did not update your symbols when you changed to Interactive Brokers. Keep in mind that each service uses its own symbols for an instrument.

Whenever you change your Current Selected Service and select OK to close the Data/Trade Service Settings page, you get prompted to update the symbols for the new service - which we recommend doing each time.

If you forget, or do not do it for some reason and then need to update the symbols, then the option under the Edit menu is there to take care of this.
