Yes, that is very odd. Not sure I would have believed it if you did not include the video. We do not have any insight as to why what is occurring is occurring. There is no reason for it. The button is simply a button. We could understand that with Zoom on, that it could have some interaction that stopped the button, but in your case it is the opposite. The only thing we can think to try is to first reboot your system. We want to do this to clear out any issues that may be related to the Operating System being overloaded. Then when the system is ready again, just run Sierra Chart by itself and see if the "Test Sound" button is working for you or not. Hopefully it will work, and if so, then continue to move forward and hopefully this was just a glitch. Otherwise, let us know what is occurring.
