Make sure that IronBeam has you setup to use the Teton Order Routing Service and not some other service. If they have you on some other service, then let them know that you want to be on the Teton Order Routing Service. If you are definitely setup for the Teton Order Routing Service, then let them know that your account is not setup yet and your Sierra Chart is not able to connect to your account. Have them double-check the setup for your account to ensure it is setup properly. Also, make sure you have gone through the setup steps to connect your account.
