Sorry I know this has been discussed before but I am brand new to SC. I followed the directions at the General Settings and Data/Trade Service Settings. I put in my CQG account information with no issues but not sure if I have to switch the symbols ? So the next step is said to go to file Connect to data feed. This is completly faded out and cannot be clicked on. However, I can swtch from CQG to SC data. I signed up for SC pkg 11 but for now I just want delayed data and did not sign the exchange documents. I am sure I am missing something becaue I have used AMP/CQG on other platforms with no issues. I might just switch to Edge Clear as it seems to be an easier set up. Any suggestions most appreciated. |
