Definitely do not uninstall - you should never have to do this. But, try starting a new chart (do not duplicate) by selecting File >> Find Symbol and entering the symbol and selecting the button for Open Intraday Chart. Then set the number of days to load to 186 and make it a Continuous Contract chart. Let us know if this new chart loads correctly or if the number of days to load changes.
