We see you have Alert 2 setup for the alert you created. Go to Global Settings >> General Settings >> Alerts and select Alert 2 in the Alert entry. This sets Alert 2 as the alert that is being edited on this page. Go down to the Alert Sound File Name entry and select the .wav file you want to use as the sound. Any .wav file can be used, it does not just have to be one that has the word "Alert" in it. you can also add your own .wav files if you want. Refer to the information at the following link: General Settings Window: Sound File (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Alerts) General Settings Window: Configuring Alert Number Instructions Once the alert is setup the way you want it, then it should work properly in your Alert. If you have an issue, check the Alert Manager window. Refer to the following: Alerts Manager For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
