When you switch between services you need to update the symbols. Each service uses different symbols. When you select OK to close the Data/Trade Service Settings Window after making a change, you should get a prompt to update the symbols, and we highly recommend you select "Yes" each time.

If you forget, or are in a situation like now - you can select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service, which will update the symbols for you. Refer to the documentation for this here:
