You did not pay for 3 months of Denali Data Feed Package 10. You did pay for 3 months of Usage Time for Sierra Chart Package 10. The Denali Exchange Data Feed is a separate item from the Usage Time. In order to get real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data feed, you need to go through the instructions to get your system setup, sign the agreements, and activate and pay for the exchange(s).
