OK the problem here is that you want it to work a certain way but Sierra Chart does not support exactly what you are looking for. We have provided you the documentation for the functionality Sierra Chart provides for this. The closest you can get to this is to enable Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> Chart Values >> Always Active When Selected. And select the Tools >> Chart Values tool from the menu.
