My data ceased to update today (2023-02-02 18:59 NYT) and after viewing support information regarding data connection issues I have:

1. Turned my Firewall off (Bitdefender)
2. Redownloaded latest version of Sierra Chart (2479)
3. Attempted a Delete and Download Data operation (failed)
4. Sent a Message Log to Support

Are you able to advise next course of action please?
