The problem is that you have your Session Times and your Horizontal Line at Time set differently. Your Session Times start at 08:30 but you have the Horizontal Line at Time set to 09:30. Since one of the charts is a Range chart, there may not be an exact 09:30:00 bar, therefore the Horizontal Line at Time is going back to a previous day to try and find a bar that fulfills the requirement. This then gives you different prices for what you have listed as the Open.
